The greatest thing about PCs compared to dirty consoles is the ability to fudge around with stuff and getting it to work. some of the best sidequests in the history of gaming. If you cant get this to work, PLEASE, i beg you, put some more effort into it cause its definately worth it.
though the unofficial patch isnt necessary it is highly recommended as well as all the mods that are available. ive got friends that have pirated it and friends that have the steam version and they have all been able to get this to work on win10.
